Seeking counselling can be a big step and no matter what has bought you here today it is the first step towards the changes you wish to make. Facing difficult feelings and experiences can feel overwhelming and hard to understand on your own and maybe hard to share with the people close to you.
Whether it is your experiences and memories from the past or something happening to you today, I offer an open, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore what is going on for you,from a neutral point of view.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period.
I am based near Pewsey, Wiltshire and also offer walk and talk counseling, or appointments on Zoom.
